People have asked Dr Oz can you be addicted to food. But shouldn't the question be; how do
we get addicted to food? The answer is simple and logical.
Forty years ago, most people were still lean
and healthy. But then we changed our daily diet. Actually, we
didn't just change it. We reversed it. Why
did we do it?
The fact is, we abandoned our natural foods
for a diet based on fake, processed foods. We forced our body to deal with foods
it had never experience before. Our body does not adapt. It evolves.
Evolution is a slow process. Our body would have to adjust to fake,
human made foods, and that's probably unlikely.
