Why We Need Protein Rich Foods!

Protein rich foods were rejected  forty years ago.  To be replaced by manufactured, processed foods. Till then, protein foods had always dominated our diet.



Our body was designed for the foods nature produced.  Not fake, processed foods emanating from a processing plant.  But our body has adapted, right?  Wrong! 
We are eating the wrong food for the needs of our body.  We are forcing our internal system to process food it does not understand.  This has cause a food addiction. 
Today we are all aware of mounting obesity statistics and a looming epidemic of diabetes type 2.  This is entirely diet related.  Yet very few people are protesting.
