Who Controls Our Lifestyles?

Our lifestyles matter.  Everything, from our clothes to our houses, comes from the environment. Your everyday actions affect the environment – The most significant, personal aspect of our lifestyles, is not about the environment around us.  It is about the Environment that exists’ inside us.



For the past 4 decades, there has been a developing trend to disconnect from our internal body.  Before that, we had a natural connection. We were once mindful of our body. We knew what it did for us. And what it expected from us.  Our food was designed to meet those expectations.

How to lose body fat is about eating the right energy foods.  The right types of food are interpreted in many different ways by many different people.  I'm going to simplify the right food by using common sense.  Human beings evolved over many eons. Along the journey, a diet evolved with them.


Our diet was made of energy foods. It suited our  internal digestive system.  Our diet was  natural foods created by nature and designed for our body. Our traditional diet continued to evolve with us till around forty years ago.  That's when we were tricked and scared into reversing our healthy diet.

A Healthy Lifestyle can be many things to many people.  But you won't have a healthy lifestyle until you have a lean healthy body and eat the right food.

If you don't have a lean body, how do you get it? What are the right types of food? It comes back to one crucial question: Do you have a food addiction?
 More than 60% of the population are addicted to food. Obesity is expected to affect 86% of the population by 2030.Take a look around and you’ll see.
 The fact is, we are eating ourselves to extinction and nobody is warning us to stop. We are overwhelmed with red herrings,designed to mislead!

About me v the Food Pyramid!

This is the story of how I became acquainted with the food pyramid.  How I learned the truth.  Why the diet is so dangerous. And how it came about.




 Whether you call it the food pyramid, or the food plate.  What you get on your plate is the same thing. A diet consisting of at least 60% of carbohydrates. 



Most foods today are fake processed foods.  They’re not from nature. They come on a conveyor belt. This is not food our digestive system can process.



The food Pyramid was in fact an exact reversal of our traditional, natural diet. It arrived at a time when most people still ate our traditional natural foods.
  Why did we agree to change? We were told it was the only way we could save ourselves from cholesterol.

A healthy diet for kids used to be so easy. That’s because our kids learned from a very young age, exactly  what types of foods were good for them.  Kids develop the intuitive instinct we all had in those days.  It ensured that our body was given the healthy foods it could understand and process.



Understanding what is a healthy diet for kids, is, and should be one of the most serious issues today. It used to be so simple.  But we have changed our diet.  Our lifestyle is beyond recognition.  It seriously affects our health and that of our children. It is not their fault.  We are responsible for the food they eat

A Sweet Tooth doesn't Deserve Brownies!

To most people, A sweet tooth sounds kinda cute.  But in reality, it’s anything but.  If you get cravings, and binges and hunger pains, you have a sugar addiction.  There is nothing cute about that.

Sugar addiction has been likened to a cocaine addiction.  The symptoms are the same: cravings binges, withdrawals, fatigue, high blood pressure etc.  There is no such thing as a cute, innocent addiction. 

Sugar addiction is probably the most common food addiction.  It has caused an obesity epidemic and a new danger called diabetes type 2.  It all seems so familiar.  That's because it's like we are re-living the tobacco controversy of the 80's and 90's. Like the tobacco industry, the food industry claim their products are safe, even healthy.

We cannot afford to believe that. because the food industry, like the tobacco industry are here to promote and profit from our addiction.  If we want to end this horror and save our kids from the same fate, we have to make sure that nobody has a sweet tooth in our own family.  It's not that hard.

Food Addiction -video!

If you have a food addiction, you have a weight problem. You may even be obese.  You can’t fail to notice , evidence of food addiction is everywhere.
Don’t ask: "What is the food I like to eat"? Ask: What is the food my body likes me to eat? If your food does not suit your body It’s not suitable for you.

The food industry denies their products are causing a food addiction.  Not surprising since they have created the addiction and are profiting from it.

Fast Food Harms Healthy Kids!

The issues of fast food goes much further than a debate about the cost v someone's salary.  It's about fake food that damages people, and is harmful to kids. Give Kids too many addiction causing foods and they become obese.  But what is far worse, they become addicted. Fat, food cravings and binges follow.

Food addiction is as dangerous as drug, tobacco and alcohol addiction.  Yet, often, for convenience, we unknowingly foster the addiction on our own kids. Make no mistake, human beings were not designed for human made food. But we have adapted to fast food right? Wrong!  Our body is not designed to adapt.
