About me v the Food Pyramid!

This is the story of how I became acquainted with the food pyramid.  How I learned the truth.  Why the diet is so dangerous. And how it came about.




 Whether you call it the food pyramid, or the food plate.  What you get on your plate is the same thing. A diet consisting of at least 60% of carbohydrates. 



Most foods today are fake processed foods.  They’re not from nature. They come on a conveyor belt. This is not food our digestive system can process.



The food Pyramid was in fact an exact reversal of our traditional, natural diet. It arrived at a time when most people still ate our traditional natural foods.
  Why did we agree to change? We were told it was the only way we could save ourselves from cholesterol.
