If you
have a food addiction, you have a weight problem. You may even be obese. You can’t fail to notice , evidence of food
addiction is everywhere.
Don’t ask:
"What is the food I like to eat"? Ask: What is the food my body likes
me to eat? If your food
does not suit your body It’s not suitable for you.
The food
industry denies their products are causing a food addiction. Not surprising since they have created the
addiction and are profiting from it.
