Saturated fat is not the enemy.  We have been lied to, by people we trusted to protect our health and welfare. Instead they served the food industry.

Removing saturated fats from diets has made heart disease risk higher, not lower: According to U.K. cardiology expert and other US noted experts.Forty years ago, people were bullied and coerced and driven right into a food addiction.  How?  They were tested and found to have high cholesterol.

In the 1970's, when processed food consisted of a few cereal companies.  Our regular diet was based on protein and almost all our food was natural.

A Healthy Balanced Diet!

When I hear the words ‘a healthy balanced diet’ I want to bang my head against the wall.  What’s so terrible about a few simple words you ask?  Everything!

Most of us are lazy with language.  Sadly, we are drawn to slogans and catchphrases that roll off the tongue because they sound simple and, we think, logical. The catch phrase, a healthy balanced diet, leaves no room for debate. So let’s clarify. There is no such thing as a balanced diet.  It’s a misdirect by the food industry.

The diet and food industry have a joint interest in shutting down debate about the types of food we eat and what they do to our body.  That’s best left to industry.

The Cholesterol Fraud!

The cholesterol fraud has been exposed.  I don’t think there is a greater evil than when power and money overrides the health and welfare of regular folks.

For years you've watched your cholesterol levels like a hawk. You've trimmed the fat from your meat, switched to skim milk, and ate only the lowest fat foods.

Your doctor has placed you on statins, those 'miracle' cholesterol-lowering drugs that allegedly slash your risk of heart disease.   But guess what? They don’t.  Hundreds of millions of people worldwide (100 million in the USA) again have their health and lives put at risk to benefit the profits of the drug companies!

Dr Oz, Can You Be Addicted To Food?

People have asked Dr Oz can you be addicted to food.  But shouldn't the question be; how do we get addicted to food? The answer is simple and logical.

Forty years ago, most people were still lean and healthy.  But then we changed our daily diet.  Actually, we didn't just change it.  We reversed it. Why did we do it?
The fact is, we abandoned our natural foods for a diet based on fake, processed foods. We forced our body to deal with foods it had never experience before.  Our body does not adapt.  It evolves.  Evolution is a slow process.  Our body would have to adjust to fake, human made foods, and that's probably unlikely.

We are designed for natural foods. We may look different on the outside. But our body is exactly like our ancestors who left Africa 70,000 years ago.

How To Stop Binge Eating?

How to stop binge eating has nothing to do with self-control, planned meals, eating smaller meals more often, self-hypnosis or sealing your lips.

Binge eating to a food addict, is what binge drinking is to an alcoholic, or chain smoking is to a tobacco addict. It verifies your food addiction. Binge eating is your own confirmation that you are not in control of your habits and you never will be till you eliminate your food addiction for good.

It’s a mistake to think that binge eating, even when it leads to food addiction, is harmless.  Symptoms of food addiction are just like drug addiction.
