What are the right foods for weight loss? To qualify as weight loss foods they must first be the foods that our own body knows and understands.  Not those that cause us sugar addiction.  

Foods for weight loss are easy to recognize.  They are the weight loss foods that our body wants.   But we have lost touch with our body and lo longer recognize the food it needs for our health.  We have lost touch with our inner body.  We have forgotten the foods for weight that it knows and understands.  We treat it like an inconvenience and starve of the weight loss foods it needs.  bit.ly/1zBWpJt
